J1-LED conducts workforce surveys to measure employee motivation, commitment, perceptions of the organisation, leadership, and management.
Instructions:
Answer questions based on your own experience for the last 3 months.
If you want to add additional comments these can be made at the bottom of page 2.

The survey is anonymous, and you are not required add your name. However, the department you work in is required. The department is required to identify which business areas have strengths and weaknesses to better meet employee satisfaction.
