SALES ADMINITRATOR

We are looking for an experienced professional to work in the Business Development area of our manufacturing workshop. This role is suited for someone already experienced within a Sales Administrator role and preparing and submitting tenders.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

* Liaise with management & clients preparing quotes and processing orders and expected completion.
Manage incoming enquiries and ensure excellent customer service is provided.

* Providing support to the Sales team, manage current workflows and forecast orders.

* Work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve team goals and deliver on a business result.

* Collaboratively share business knowledge, information, and ideas with those around you to support a consistent approach.

* Preparation of bid/tender responses, including Tender Questionnaire & Other Documents while liaising with technical staff where required.

* Handing over successful opportunities to our Project Management Team.

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, you will have:

Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Estimating role.
A Can-do attitude and a proven ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced administration role.
Takes responsibility and accountability for assigned tasks.
Ability to efficiently prioritise tasks and manage time.
Ability to work autonomously and with urgency.
Strong planning and organisational skills.
Excellent attention to detail, with high level written and verbal communication skills, with ability to critically analyse information and build strategies and actions.
Well-developed interpersonal skills, ability to work autonomously and a strong client focus.
Experience with Software - MYOB Exo, quoting software and CRMs (advantageous)
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
